Rabbit Anti-ROCK1 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC1013)

The Rabbit Anti-ROCK1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse ROCK1. ROCK1 encodes a serine/threonine kinase activated by Rho, influencing processes like fibroblast adhesion and platelet aggregation, with a related pseudogene on chromosome 18. The anti-ROCK1 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/5000), Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/200), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/200).
