Mouse Anti-SAP18 Recombinant Antibody (SA32)

The anti-SAP18 recombinant antibody (SA32) reacts with human SAP18. SAP18 is a component of the Sin3 histone deacetylase (HDAC) complex. It serves as a bridge protein that recruits the complex to specific transcription factors, facilitating gene silencing. It is involved in various developmental processes and the modulation of the Notch signaling pathway. The anti-SAP18 antibody (SA32) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
