This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes SIGLEC10. human SIGLEC10 Fc extracellular domain recombinant protein was used as an immunogen for the mAb generation. It can be used for ELISA and other applications.

ELISA analysis of HPAB-0260-WJ was performed by coating with human SIGLEC10 protein (His tag). Then blocked with BSA and incubated with HPAB-0260-WJ. The HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as a secondary antibody (1: 2000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.

Western blot analysis of HPAB-0260-WJ was performed by loading human SIGLEC10 protein (Lane 1 0.1 μg, Lane 2 0.3 μg) onto a 12% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a CN membrane and blocked with 5% skim milk for at least one hour. Membranes were probed with HPAB-0260-WJ and a HRP goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody (1: 3000). Chemiluminescent detection was performed.

Dot Blot analysis of HPAB-0260-WJ was performed by coating with human SIGLEC10 protein (His tag).
