Anti-SKP1 Immunohistochemistry Kit (CAT#: VS-0325-XY2079)
The SKP1 IHC Kit is a great option for immunohistochemical studies. It includes all necessary reagents, making it easy to start experiments. It is applicable to both paraffin - and frozen - section - based immunohistochemistry. The kit's antibodies are optimized to specifically recognize SKP1, enabling accurate determination of SKP1 expression levels, which is important for understanding its role in the SCF (Skp1 - Cullin - F - box protein) complex - mediated protein ubiquitination and degradation pathways.
