Mouse Anti-SLC22A12 Recombinant Antibody (SL904)

The anti-SLC22A12 recombinant antibody (SL904) reacts with human and murine SLC22A12. SLC22A12 (URAT1) is a renal urate transporter. It is the primary protein responsible for the reabsorption of uric acid from the urine back into the blood. It is the molecular target of uricosuric drugs (like lesinurad); mutations cause hypouricemia or predispose to Gout. The anti-SLC22A12 antibody (SL904) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
