Human Anti-SLC40A1 Recombinant Antibody (clone L2.2-4) (CAT#: HPAB-0753-CN)
This is an affinity matured, humanized antibody L2.2-4 that binds to and inhibits human FPN1. Mab L2.2-4 is effective in maintaining the transport of iron out of mammalian cells and increasing the level of serum iron, reticulocyte count, red blood cell count, hemoglobin, and hematocrit in a subject in vivo.
