Recombinant Mouse Antibody clone L6, which is specific to TAA. The L6 antibody was raised against a human lung carcinoma and recognizes a tumor-associated antigen present on carcinomas of the breast, colon, lung, and ovary. The murine L6 fab has been shown to mediate both complement activation and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity leading to the destruction of human tumor cells in vitro.
