The recombinant rabbit antibody is specific for TBX21 (T-box transcription factor 21), which activates transcription of a set of genes important for Th1 cell function. TBX21 also inhibits the Th17 cell lineage commitment by blocking RUNX1-mediated transactivation of Th17 cell-specific transcriptinal regulator RORC. The antibody specifically reacts with human TBX21. It has been tested using Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin and Flow cytometry. The recommended dilutions of Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin and Flow cytometry is 1/50-1/100.
