Human Anti-Testosterone Recombinant Antibody (clone TC-20)

The library was created by introducing diversity into the residues lining the proposed cavity of a previously described fluorescein-binding antibody fragment, FITC8. The hapten-specific antibody, TC-20, was obtained by screening the cavity library on testosterone.

The antibody fragments were analyzed on microtiter plates coated with FITC-biotin-streptavidin (black bars), testosterone-biotin-streptavidin (blue bars), NIP-BSA (red bars) and on two control antigens, streptavidin (green bars) and BSA (white bars).
