Clone R37-2V-5 is a rabbit IgG recombinant monoclonal antibody that is specifically engineered to target human THEMIS protein, a calculated weight of 73 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat. The recommend antibody dilution is determined as western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200), immunoprecipitation (dilution 1/50), flow cytometry (dilution 1/50).
