Leveraging computational deep learning, this antibody provides robust and consistent binding for TIRAP in human, mouse, and rat. TIRAP (Mal) is an adaptor protein that recruits MyD88 to Toll-like receptors 2 and 4 (TLR2/4) at the plasma membrane. it is the primary bridge for initiating the NF-κB and MAPK inflammatory signaling pathways in response to bacterial pathogens.
