Rabbit Anti-TNFRSF1B Recombinant Antibody (clone R36-5A-4) (CAT#: VS3-FY2119)

Clone R36-5A-4 is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that is specifically created to bind human TNFRSF1B. TNFRSF1B protein has a calculated weight of 48 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat. The recommend antibody dilution is determined as western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/100-1/200), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200), immunoprecipitation (dilution 1/20), flow cytometry (dilution 1/50).

  • Function
  • Receptor with high affinity for TNFSF2/TNF-alpha and approximately 5-fold lower affinity for homotrimeric TNFSF1/lymphotoxin-alpha. The TRAF1/TRAF2 complex recruits the apoptotic suppressors BIRC2 and BIRC3 to TNFRSF1B/TNFR2. This receptor mediates most of the metabolic effects of TNF-alpha.
