Figure 1 indicate comparison of isotype effects on anti-DR3 antibody agonist activities.
The effects of indicated 142A2 IgG1, IgG2, and IgG4v versions on PBMCs NF-kB activation were determined. The longitudinal axis indicates p65 phosphorylation-positive cells (%) in PBMCs and the horizontal axis indicates added antibodies. TL1A was added at 40 nM concentration and each antibody was added at 6.67 nM concentration.

The longitudinal axis indicates p65 phosphorylation-positive cells (%) in PBMCs and the horizontal axis indicates antibody concentration (μgmL). 55% and 1.8% of cells were phosphorylated-p65 positive following TL1A treatment alone or medium alone.
