The anti-TNFSF15 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against mouse TNFSF15. TNFSF15, an endothelial cytokine, inhibits proliferation and functions in angiogenesis inhibition. The antibody has a novel TNFSF15-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble TNFSF15 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
