Mouse Anti-TRAIP Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1153)

This product is an anti-TRAIP antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting TRAIP. TRAIP is a RING-domain E3 ubiquitin ligase that localizes to the nucleus. It is a master regulator of the DNA damage response and the resolution of replication stress. TRAIP signaling coordinates the bypass of DNA-protein crosslinks during replication; mutations lead to Seckel syndrome and microcephalic primordial dwarfism. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC928 and VS-0326-YC929, directed against TRAIP were used for in vitro assays including Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunoprecipitation (IP).
