Mouse Anti-TRIM72 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1156)

This product is an anti-TRIM72 antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting TRIM72. TRIM72 (MG53) is a muscle-specific protein essential for plasma membrane repair. It acts as a sensor of membrane damage, rapidly oligomerizing at the injury site to facilitate vesicle fusion and patch formation. MG53 signaling also modulates the insulin receptor pathway and is a therapeutic target for tissue injury. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC757 and VS-0326-YC758, directed against TRIM72 were used for in vitro assays including Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunoprecipitation (IP).
