Mouse Anti-UBR7 Recombinant Antibody (UB818)
CAT#: VS-0326-YC818
The anti-UBR7 recombinant antibody (UB818) reacts with human UBR7. UBR7 is a member of the N-recognin family characterized by a PHD finger and a RING domain. It acts as an E3 ligase that ubiquitinates Histone H2B, thereby regulating chromatin accessibility and transcription. UBR7 signaling is involved in embryonic development and the cellular response to oxidative stress. The anti-UBR7 antibody (UB818) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
