Mouse Anti-UCP3 Recombinant Antibody (UC534)

The anti-UCP3 recombinant antibody (UC534) reacts with human UCP3. UCP3 is a mitochondrial inner membrane protein expressed in skeletal muscle and brown fat. It functions as a proton transporter that dissipates the proton gradient, "uncoupling" respiration from ATP synthesis. UCP3 signaling is involved in the regulation of fatty acid metabolism and the mitigation of mitochondrial ROS production. The anti-UCP3 antibody (UC534) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Immunocytochemistry (ICC).
