Mouse Anti-ULK3 Recombinant Antibody (UL742)

The anti-ULK3 recombinant antibody (UL742) reacts with human and rat ULK3. ULK3 is a kinase that modulates the Hedgehog signaling pathway and the process of abscission during cytokinesis. It phosphorylates GLI transcription factors and components of the ESCRT machinery. ULK3 signaling is involved in the late stages of cell division and is upregulated in several invasive cancer types. The anti-ULK3 antibody (UL742) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB), Immunocytochemistry (ICC) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
