Mouse Anti-USH1C Recombinant Antibody (US1095)

The anti-USH1C recombinant antibody (US1095) reacts with human USH1C. USH1C (Harmonin) is a PDZ-domain scaffold protein essential for the structural integrity of stereocilia in the inner ear. It organizes the Usher protein network. Mutations in USH1C cause Usher Syndrome type 1C, characterized by profound congenital deafness and progressive vision loss (Retinitis Pigmentosa). The anti-USH1C antibody (US1095) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western Blot (WB).
