Mouse Anti-VMP1 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1205)

This product is an anti-VMP1 antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting human VMP1. VMP1 is an essential ER-localized protein that regulates the formation of autophagosomes and membrane contact sites. It facilitates the recruitment of the PI3K complex to the phagophore. VMP1 signaling is mandatory for autophagy and the regulation of lipid droplet and organelle contacts; its expression is often upregulated in pancreatitis and various cancers. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC887 and VS-0326-YC888, directed against VMP1 were used for in vitro assays including Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western Blot (WB).
