Mouse Anti-VRK1 Recombinant Antibody (VR915)

The anti-VRK1 recombinant antibody (VR915) reacts with human VRK1. VRK1 is a serine/threonine kinase that regulates chromatin condensation, DNA repair, and the cell cycle. It phosphorylates p53, histone H3, and BAF. VRK1 signaling is highly upregulated in proliferating tissues and many cancers; its inhibition is being explored as a strategy to induce mitotic catastrophe in malignant cells. The anti-VRK1 antibody (VR915) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
