Mouse Anti-WASL Recombinant Antibody (WA31)

The anti-WASL recombinant antibody (WA31) reacts with human and murine WASL. WASL (N-WASP) is an adaptor protein that activates the Arp2/3 complex to nucleate branched actin filaments. It is regulated by the Rho GTPase Cdc42 and PIP2. N-WASP signaling is essential for endocytosis, lamellipodia formation, and tumor cell invasion (invadopodia). The anti-WASL antibody (WA31) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunoprecipitation (IP).
