Rabbit Anti-XRCC1 Recombinant Antibody (clone R02-0B0) (CAT#: VS3-FY2103)
This R02-0B0 recombinant monoclonal antibody is specifically engineered to detect human XRCC1. It cross-reacts with rat. Applications Tested: The XRCC1 antibody has been tested by western blot analysis of XRCC1 in PC-12 lysates and western blot analysis of XRCC1 in A549, MCF-7, 293T lysates.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Function
- Negatively regulates ADP-ribosyltransferase activity of PARP1 during base-excision repair in order to prevent excessive PARP1 activity.
Recognizes and binds poly-ADP-ribose chains: specifically binds auto-poly-ADP-ribosylated PARP1, limiting its activity.
