The R01-9B5 recombinant monoclonal antibody is specifically engineered to detect human ZHX2. It cross-reacts with rat. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, ICC/IF. The specificity of the ZHX2 antibody was confirmed by western blot analysis of ZHX2 in rat brain, C6, Hela lysates and immunocytochemistry analysis of ZHX2 (green) in MCF-7 using ZHX2 antibody.

Represses the promoter activity of the CDC25C gene stimulated by NFYA.

In the brain, may promote maintenance and suppress differentiation of neural progenitor cells in the developing cortex (By similarity).
