Mouse Anti-ZXDC Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1160)

This product is an anti-ZXDC antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting ZXDC. ZXDC is a zinc-finger protein that acts as a transcriptional co-activator for MHC Class II genes. It interacts with the CIITA (class II transactivator) complex to enhance the immune system's ability to present antigens. ZXDC signaling is also involved in the regulation of myeloid differentiation and the coordinate expression of genes required for macropinocytosis. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC710 and VS-0326-YC711, directed against ZXDC were used for in vitro assays including Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
