dAbs scaffold protein anti-human Insulin-like growth factor (IGF)

The dAbs that bound insulin-like growth factor (IGF) was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, dAbs variants were identified having affinities for insulin-like growth factor (IGF) as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
