Hamster Anti-CRLF2 (clone TSLPR-012) scFv-Fc Chimera (CAT#: VS-0425-FY50)

The anti-CRLF2 scFv-Fc fusion protein is an engineered therapeutic aimed at targeting Cytokine Receptor-Like Factor 2 (CRLF2), a protein implicated in certain hematological malignancies. This fusion construct combines a single-chain variable fragment (scFv) designed for high-specificity binding to CRLF2 with an Fc domain to enhance stability and prolong its in-vivo half-life. By selectively binding to CRLF2, the protein intends to disrupt CRLF2-mediated signaling pathways, which contribute to the proliferation of malignant cells. This disruption may have potential therapeutic benefits in specific forms of leukemia. The presence of the Fc region within the protien increases the proteins duration in the patients system. Ongoing studies are being conducted to investigate it's effectivness in clinical trails.
