Efficient Internalization And Release

Our study focuses on IL-13-Ra2 expressing cancer cells. This humanized antibody bound the receptor with high affinity and internalized rapidly. The peptide linker cleavage was confirmed by the timing of the cytotoxic effect derived from the MMAE payload.

Good Stability In Buffer

The MC-VC-PABC linker system showed great stability in our storage and assay buffers. We did not observe premature release of the drug, which is critical for interpreting our intracellular delivery data accurately. A high-quality reagent for receptor studies.
