Human Anti-CA12 (clone 14D6) scFv-Fc Chimera

This is an anti-CA XII scFv-Fc antibody derived from the monoclonal antibody 14D6. This antibody targets human CA XII, an enzyme that plays a role in tumor survival under hypoxic conditions. The scFv-Fc format combines the antigen-binding specificity of the original MAb with the potential for enhanced effector functions and longer half-life conferred by the Fc region of human IgG1.
