Recombinant Human Anti-MART1 Soluble TCR (C-Cys) (VS-0622-YF2917) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF2917)
Human TCR recognizes MART1 peptide (EAAGIGILTV) in the context of HLA-A2. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
