Recombinant Human Anti-MART1 Soluble TCR (SW-M1-67) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF225)
Human TCR (SW-M1-67) recognizes MART1 peptide (ELAGIGILTV) in the context of HLA-A*0201. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (SW-M1-67). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
