Recombinant Human Anti-MLANA Soluble TCR (T1-S18.45) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF4701)
Human TCR (T1-S18.45) recognizes MLANA peptide (ALGIGILTV) in the context of HLA-A*02:01. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
