This product is an engineered human scFv-Fc antibody designed to target thymidine kinase 1 (TK1), a cell surface biomarker that is upregulated in various cancers. The antibody, named "Wheelz," was isolated from a yeast display library using magnetic sorting and flow cytometry with TK1 as the target. Wheelz exhibits high specificity for TK1, recognizing its monomeric, dimeric, and tetrameric forms in normal serum, cancer serum, and cancer cell extracts.
