Human Anti-TNFSF10 (clone DR4-4) scFv-Fc Chimera (CAT#: VS-0425-FY49)
The anti-TNFSF10 scFv-Fc fusion protein is designed to target Tumor Necrosis Factor Superfamily Member 10 (TNFSF10), also known as TRAIL. This protein combines a single-chain variable fragment (scFv) for high-specificity binding to TNFSF10, with an Fc domain to enhance its stability and extend its circulating half-life. By targeting TNFSF10, this protein aims to induce apoptosis, or programmed cell death, primarily in tumor cells. The Fc portion of this molecule, works to prolong the time that the protien remaines in the blood stream. This design intends for a therapeutic application, in the fight against certain cancer types. Ongoing research focuses on optimizing its efficacy and safety profile for clinical use.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.
