Recombinant Mouse Anti-GPI Soluble TCR (Vα14i) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF1807)

Mouse TCR (Vα14i) recognizes GPI peptide (Glycosylphosphatidylinositol) in the context of mouse CD1d. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (Vα14i). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
