Mouse Anti-GRIN2B Recombinant Antibody (clone 2) (CAT#: VS-0824-CJ15)
This monoclonal antibody (clone 2) is specifically binding to the GluN1-GluN2B NMDA receptor (NMDAR), recognizing the amino terminal domain (ATD) of the GluN2B subunit. It shows little or no effect on other NMDA receptor subtypes (GluN1B-GluN2A, GluN1B-GluN2C, and GluN1B-GluN2D). This antibody was derived from a mouse immunized with the NMDAR.
