Mouse TCR (21.3) recognizes HEL peptide (GAMKRHGLDNYRGYSLGN) in the context of H2-IAg7. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
