Mouse TCR (21.3) recognizes HEL peptide (GAMKRHGLDNYRGYSLGN) in the context of H2-IAg7. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (21.3). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
