Excellent Polyclonal Antibody
I used this rabbit polyclonal antibody to study the deubiquitination processes in autophagy. It worked very well in Western Blot, showing specific bands for USP13. The affinity purification seems to have removed non-specific binders, as the background was very clean in our images.
Valid For Flow Cytometry
We tested this antibody for Flow Cytometry to check USP13 levels in different cell lines. The staining was distinct and shifted nicely compared to the isotype control. It is also compatible with immunofluorescence, making it a versatile tool for our lab's protein stability research.
