This product is a recombinant rabbit antibody that recognizes HIST1H3A. This antibody has been reported for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Frozen, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Chromatin Immunoprecipitation. The clone R08-4A0 is specific for human HIST1H3A. The antigen is a synthetic acetyl peptide corresponding to residues surrounding lys27 of human histone h3.
