Recombinant Human Anti-HIV Env Antibody (clone PC39-1) (CAT#: VS-0723-XY16)
This product is a V3-glycan targeting antibody, which is isolated from Donor 39 (PC39) infected with a clade C virus. PC39-1 was dependent on the N301-glycan and specific interactions with the GDIR motif of V3 region. PC39-1 was tested in Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, Bio-layer interferometry and Pseudovirus neutralization assay.
