The Recombinant Anti-MCL1 Vesicular Antibody, EV Displayed (VS-0425-YC402) is an antibody-displaying extracellular vesicle (Ab-EV). The product combines the benefits of both extracellular vesicle (EV) and antibody (Ab) which can guide the decorated EVs to MCL1-expressed cells or tissues. The MCL1 is a BCL2 family protein regulating apoptosis and neuronal survival, with orthologs linked to cancers like colorectal and lung.

Acts upstream of or within intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to DNA damage. Located in several cellular components, including cytosol; mitochondrion; and nucleus.
