Anti-CD72 (clone 10D6.8.1)-MCC-DM1 ADC

CAT#: ADC-178LZY

This ADC product is composed of an anti-CD72 antibody (clone 10D681 ) conjugated via MCC linker to DM1 (10D681-MCC-DM1). It has demonstrated a response in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma treatment by a MOA (Mechanism of Action) of microtubules depolymerizing.

Specifications

  • Antibody Overview
  • Mouse Anti-CD72 IgG1,10D6.8.1
  • Clone
  • 10D681
  • Antibody Isotype
  • IgG1
  • Linker
  • MCC (Maleimidomethyl cyclohexane-1-carboxylate)
  • Linker Class/Description
  • Class: Noncleavable linker
Description: Noncleavable linker is considered noncleavable-meaning linker cleavage, and payload release does not depend on the differential properties between the plasma and some cytoplasmic compartments. Instead, the release of the cytotoxic drug is postulated to occur after internalization of the ADC via antigen-mediated endocytosis and delivery to lysosomal compartment, where the antibody is degraded to the level of amino acids through intracellular proteolytic degradation
  • Drug
  • DM1(N2'-deacetyl-N2'-(3-mercapto-1-oxopropyl)-maytansine)
  • Drug Class/Description
  • Class: Maytansinoid
Description: Maytansinoids are a group of cytotoxins structurally similar to rifamycin, geldanamycin, and ansatrienin. The eponymous natural cytotoxic agent maytansine is a 19-member lactam (ansa
macrolide) structure originally isolated from the Ethiopian shrub Maytenus ovatus. Maytansinoids can bind to tubulin at or near the vinblastine-binding site, which interfere the formation of microtubules and depolymerize already formed microtubules, inducing mitotic arrest in the intoxicated cells

Target

  • Introduction
  • CD72 (Cluster of Differentiation 72), also known in murine biology as Lyb-2, is a protein active in the immune system of animals. It consists of two identical halves, each of about 39-43 kD, and is a C-type lectin. Its primarily locus of expression is B-cells, where it appears to mediate aspects of B-cell-T-cell interaction. It is a ligand for CD5.
  • Alternative Names
  • CD72; CD72 molecule; LYB2; CD72b; B-cell differentiation antigen CD72; lyb-2; CD72 antigen;
