This ADC product is composed of an anti-CD72 antibody (clone 10D681 ) conjugated via mc-vc-PABC linker to MMAE (10D681-mc-vc-PABC-MMAE). It has demonstrated a response in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma treatment by a MOA (Mechanism of Action) of microtubules depolymerizing.

Description: Auristatins are water-soluble dolastatin analogs of dolastatin 10. Dolastatin 10 belongs to dolastatin family and it can powerfully bind to tubulin, thus inhibiting polymerization mediated through the binding to the vinca alkaloid binding domain, and causes cell to accumulate in metaphase arrest.

- CD72 (Cluster of Differentiation 72), also known in murine biology as Lyb-2, is a protein active in the immune system of animals. It consists of two identical halves, each of about 39-43 kD, and is a C-type lectin. Its primarily locus of expression is B-cells, where it appears to mediate aspects of B-cell-T-cell interaction. It is a ligand for CD5.
