Clear Immunofluorescence Signal
This antibody (clone 22G9) gave us very clear images in immunofluorescence assays. We could clearly visualize the mitochondrial localization of ALDH2. It also worked well for our immunohistochemistry slides.
Robust Western Blotting
We use this for routine Western blotting of liver lysates to check ALDH2 expression. It is highly specific and we haven't seen cross-reactivity issues. It is a dependable tool for our metabolic pathway research.
