Effective Blocking Antibody

We needed an antibody capable of neutralizing the bioactivity of CD197 (CCR7), and clone G043H7 worked perfectly. In our blocking assays, it significantly inhibited the receptor's function. We also appreciated the broad reactivity across primates, including Rhesus and Cynomolgus, which supported our comparative research.

Great For Flow Cytometry

I used this mouse monoclonal antibody for Flow Cytometry analysis of CCR7 expression on lymphoid cells. The staining was bright and distinct, allowing for easy separation of positive populations. The high purity of the antibody (>95%) likely contributed to the low background noise we observed.
