The anti-CCR7 pH-dependent antibody (clone MSM-R710) is a pH-responsive antibody engineered to target human CCR7. This pH-switched monoclonal antibody (mAb) was developed by incorporating histidine residues into its variable regions, which results in pH-biased binding to CCR7. By leveraging the natural pH variations in different tissues and cellular compartments, this pH-responsive antibody facilitates precise targeting of CCR7 on cells and tissues. Human CCR7 is a chemokine receptor expressed on T-cells and dendritic cells that mediates their migration to secondary lymphoid organs. It is essential for the initiation of adaptive immune responses and is a key player in immune surveillance.
