Anti-CEACAM1 ADCC Enhanced Antibody (CM-24) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. CM-24 is a Phase 1, first-in-class humanized anti CEACAM1 monoclonal antibody that inhibits the immunosuppressive effect of CEAC AM1, leading to an enhanced anti-tumor immune response of T and NK cells.
