Human Anti-CSF2 Recombinant Antibody (PABL-481) (CAT#: PABL-481)
Recombinant Human Antibody is capable of binding to GM-CSF, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-GM-CSF mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-GM-CSF proteins mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition. This is a high-affinity anti-(human GM-CSF) autoantibody isolated from a patient suffering from PAP which shows only modest neutralization of GM-CSF bioactivity.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.
